Services, access, staging, titles, sequencing and handover all interact across a development. Trade fronts are planned around repetition rather than treating each dwelling as an isolated build.
The record runs from dual occupancy through to twelve townhouses on one consolidated site at Clarinda, and includes staged occupancy where dwellings are certified progressively.

Multi-dwelling work is the core of the delivery record: townhouse and unit developments at Oakleigh East, Clayton, Clayton South, Newport, Altona, Chelsea, Sunshine and Clarinda.
One developer, six sites.
Mercator Developments built six sites with Sun Homes, all documented by One Design Office: 8 Coane Street, 36 and 42 Edinburgh Street, 35 Prince Charles Street, 32 Oakes Avenue and the twelve-townhouse site at 21 to 25 Eulinga Road. A developer who hands over the next site, and the one after that, has already answered the question a tender is asking.
