Architectural homes

The documentation establishes the intent. Construction determines whether it survives.

Two-storey house with basement, Tobruk Crescent, Williamstown
Tobruk Crescent, Williamstown. Four houses with basements, three of them by word of mouth from the same street.
Weatherboard house with verandah, Civic Parade, Altona
Civic Parade, Altona. Two-storey house, weatherboard and render over a wraparound verandah.

Built as drawn.

Sun Homes reviews architectural projects for buildability, sequencing, structure, services and material interfaces before those decisions reach site. Where an alternative is worth considering it is proposed and agreed, not quietly substituted.

Substitutions happen one way: put in writing, approved before the work proceeds.

What an architect gets.

Documentation read before it is priced. Coordination issues and missing information raised while they are still inexpensive to resolve. Questions answered by the person who priced the job rather than relayed through someone who did not.
