Responsibility stays close to the work.
Sun Homes is structured around direct construction and commercial accountability. Projects do not move from a sales team to an estimating department and then to people who have never seen the brief.

George Iliopoulos
George leads documentation review, estimating, construction methodology and delivery. 98 dwellings across townhouses, social housing, modular apartments and basements dug on tight suburban lots. He prices each project himself: the person assessing the drawings is the person responsible for how they are built.
Anastasia Iliopoulos
Project Manager. Anastasia runs each project from tender through to handover: tender submissions, contract administration, program, consultant and authority coordination, documentation flow and client communication.
The role sits between the project's commercial obligations and the information needed to keep construction moving, so that decisions are made on site with the paperwork already in order.
Direct accountability is part of the structure.
A shorter decision chain does not mean a lower standard. It means the people making commitments stay visible. When something needs a commercial answer, a construction answer or a contractual answer, it reaches someone with responsibility for the outcome.
Capacity.
Sun Homes takes on a limited number of projects at one time so that the person who priced each job stays on it through construction. Work currently under construction is listed on the work page, and tender capacity for a given program is confirmed before a price is submitted rather than after.
Continuity.
Registered builder since 1999. George Iliopoulos has held his Domestic Builder Unlimited registration since 1999 and remains directly responsible for the construction work delivered by Sun Homes.
