At Coburg, the renovation and refurbishment of a 24-unit social housing site for Unison Housing under an AS 4905 minor works contract: roof rectification, office refurbishment and make-good of every apartment and the common areas, run through the provider's superintendent, payment schedule and reporting process.
Unison came back. At Werribee, an eight-home youth foyer for Unison Housing, funded by the Victorian Government and built to Tom Robertson Architects' documentation, delivered in joint venture with VP Homes.
Working with providers.
Public and community housing work carries consultant coordination, funding conditions, reporting and stakeholder requirements alongside the construction. Where a package needs more capacity than one registration carries, Sun Homes brings partners in and runs the join.
