What is collected.

The enquiry form collects the name, organisation, email, phone, project location, project type, project stage, architect or designer and any message or documents you choose to send.

How it is used.

Enquiry information is used to assess and respond to the project enquiry. It is reviewed by the people responsible for estimating and delivery. It is not sold and is not used for marketing lists.

Where it is held.

Form submissions are processed by Netlify, the hosting provider for this website, and forwarded by email. Documents you upload are held with the submission.

Access and removal.

To ask what has been recorded, or to have an enquiry and its attachments deleted, contact Sun Homes on the details on the contact page.
