Commercial work to an operating brief.

An early learning centre carries acoustic, egress, servicing, licensing and fit-out requirements that residential construction never encounters. Sightlines, sanitary provision, shade structures and outdoor play surfaces are all regulated, and the building has to satisfy an approvals process before a single child enters it.

The centre was delivered in joint venture with VP Homes and is open and running.
